Run analysis with written report
Service Description
This appointment is targeted towards runners. Whether you are new to running or race regularly, this analysis is led by our sports therapists with your training and injury in mind. Our sports specialists will take you through appropriate run and exercise tests to diagnose any potential injury risks, areas to strengthen, technique guidence and advice on running trainers. This session includes a bespoke written report of findings, giving you the guidance to improve your running style and help to achieve your goals.
Deposits and cancellations
We hold a strict 24 hour cancellation policy. Deposits are charged on booking and non-refundable for any cancellation made within 24 hours notice. To move your appointment outside of these hours, please contact us direct.
