General or injury specific Deep Tissue/Sports Massage suitable during pregnancy. This appointment will include a short assessment of your needs and areas for massage with our pre natal massage specialist. Sports massage involves the deep manipulation of soft tissue to release tension, pain and promote healing whilst keeping you and baby in mind.

Deposits and cancellations

We hold a strict 24 hour cancellation policy. Deposits are charged on booking and non-refundable for any cancellation made within 24 hours notice. To move your appointment outside of these hours, please contact us direct.
